Completed piece for Spartanburg Art Museum auction

Here is an image of the image I did of Hannah Höch’s “The Eternal Feminine” for the Spartanburg Art Museum’s forgery art auction. It is reimagined in layers and is about 4” thick and 3D. It is hard to see here in a still image, but parts of the hair are several layers down from the large white area, the eyes are at different levels, and the red spot on the top right is one of the second to lowest areas on the piece. This is nearly an exact replica of the original, just 3D and huge. A fun project for a good cause. This reimagining of Hannah Höch’s “The Eternal Feminine”was auctioned off in 2024
